Mike Gorrell is the founding member of the band and writes the majority of the band's original material. He is the band's manager, emcee, lead and harmony vocalist, and an accomplished guitarist and mandolin player. For 10 years, he was a member of the Whetstone Run Bluegrass Band and currently produces, engineers, and hosts the Picks n Bows Radio Show.
Mary Kettering, from Ashland Ohio, is also an accomplished violinist with both the Ashland and Lima Symphonies. Her bluegrass credits include playing fiddle with Faces Made For Radio and the Kentucky Border bluegrass bands. She sings both lead and harmony vocals.
Randall Boring plays banjo and sings harmony vocals. His hard drive and precise timing have kept him busy throughout the years with some very fine bands such as Whetstone Run, Bob Paisly and the Southern Grass, Lower Forty Grass, and Dakota.
Bill Sparks does an excellent job of playing bass guitar for Northwest Territory. He is a veteran of many Ohio based bluegrass bands and a studio musician on various recording projects. Billy recorded and performed with Northwest Territory for 2 years early in his career.
Kevin Crabtree plays the mandolin and sings lead and tenor vocals. Kevin has been a part of the Ohio music scene, not only as a performer, but also as a sound man and studio recording engineer.
